Housing support

Personalised solutions for independent living and securing suitable accommodations.

Our Occupational Therapists assist you with assessing your housing needs, environmental barriers, and functional abilities to determine the appropriate accommodations and support services required for independent living.

We support NDIS_2020

Independent Living Option (ILO)

ILO provides funding for diverse living arrangements, enabling NDIS participants to reside in shared, friend, or host settings. Our Occupational Therapists assess individuals' needs, recommend accommodations, and support their transition to independent living arrangements.

Supported Independent Living (SIL)

SIL supports individuals with disabilities in living independently, offering assistance with personal care, household management and community access. The goal is to foster independence through consistent support from caregivers, which may be shared or one-on-one depending on individual needs and determined by our Occupational Therapists through comprehensive assessments.

Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA)

SDA refers to housing tailored for individuals with significant support needs or severe functional impairments. These homes incorporate accessible features to promote independence and enhance the delivery of support services which are determined by the assistance of our Occupational Therapists.

Housing assessments

Our Occupational Therapists help NDIS participants find housing that aligns with their goals, from recognising needs to assisting in applications. A comprehensive report will be completed after the assessment which will outline the support needs you require and recommended accommodations which will be provided to the NDIA.

Who is this for?

This service is for NDIS participants seeking housing support tailored to their individual needs and goals.
